It is a blend of Feteasca Neagră, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, from the harvest of 2019. The grapes, from the southern region of the Republic of Moldova, were picked by hand, at full maturity. The wine was aged 100% in French oak barrels for 16 months. Dry, with an alcoholic volume of 14.5%, well integrated into the structure of the wine. The wine impresses with an intense, deep ruby color with a complex bouquet of berries, ripe plums, cloves, licorice and chocolate. The taste is rich, round, with a pleasant astringency, polished tannins and a long aftertaste. Good to drink now, but also with cellaring potential. It can perfectly accompany meat dishes, steak, game, but also noble cheeses. A good gift for people with personality!
