The special style of this Riesling is influenced by the vicinity of Lake Fautor, created in 2005, on an area of 4 ha. The wine was produced from hand-picked grapes in November from the own vineyard in the village of Romanovca, Tigheci plain, southwest of the Republic of Moldova. The Riesling wine was matured for 6 months in French oak barrels intended for the maturation of white wines. It is straw yellow in color with aromas of green tea, jasmine, acacia flowers, peaches, oranges and honey. The taste of an aristocratic elegance has soft citrus nuances and a pleasant and memorable aftertaste. Serving: at 8 ̊C, with dishes that have fresh, slightly acidic or citrus aromas and with lighter dishes, which do not dominate the taste of the wine, but complement its subtlety and complexity of aromas: Seafood and fish, light cheeses, green salads.
