Dry red wine with a ruby color, rich in fine aromas of black cherry, black currant, wild berry, plum and some hints of chocolate and truffles.The taste start with intense flavors of black cherry, chocolate with vanilla, plum, blueberry and some fine touches of pepper, with a great structure provided by oak aging, pass in a long velvetly, pleasant aftertaste.
Merlot wine matches with a wide variety of foods because of its position in the middle of the red wine spectrum, pair very well with chicken, turkey ,duck and game.
Aged for 12 months in a french oak barrique.
