This wine was produced from Viorica and Chardonnay grapes according to the technology typical of red wines. The grapes were de-stemmed by hand, without crushing, and fermentation took place on the lees for 180 days before pressing. The aroma is specific, with notes of dried fruits, apricots and raisins. Full, balanced, spicy taste that continues with a very long aftertaste.
