This sparkling is distinguished by a fine & persistent perlage, its delicat bouquet with fruity notes and citrus accents and well –structured with perfect balanced acidity taste.
Ideal as an aperitif, but also quite versatile as a food companion, pairing well with a variety of dishes, including grilled fish, shrimp, duck breast. Going well with dessert, especially chocolate mousse, fruit tartlets.
