A wine produced from hand-picked and selected grapes in the vineyards of the village of Speia. Located in proximity to Mistru, the vineyards are characterized by a unique microclimate and specially formed soils
from chernozem, sand and gravel. A blend of Chardonnay and Riesling varieties, matured over time 12 months in limited edition Radoux Omega barrels. The aromatic bouquet reveals shades of green apple, peaches and honeycomb. The palette is fruity and fresh. The aftertaste offers more sensations complex croissant and honey. A collector's wine, ready to be enjoyed immediately, but which only has to be gained from further aging in the bottle. Limited edition of 3804 bottles.
