This wine has a light-ruby color characteristic for the Rara Neagră variety, with a pleasant bouquet composed by aromas of chocolate , dried fruits, leather and discrete aromas of wood and vanilla. Elegant and harmonious in taste, with fine and round tannins that give the aftertaste the softnes and length.
Culinary Associations: Baked duck with sour sauce, grilled chicken wings with sweet sauce, Cheddar, Gruyere and Fontina cheeses.
Matured in oak barrels for 12 months.
